Your Doctor Said Your Labs Are Normal. Your Body Says Otherwise.

A free 5-day live comeback training for women in the thick of midlife's mess — hormones, relationships, aging parents, empty nests, and the version of you that got buried under all of it.

I've spent the last 13 years assisting over 10,000 providers across the country to gain certification on hormone optimization and disease prevention — training doctors on exactly what to look for beyond "normal" ranges. And what I've watched happen since is this: the providers get the education, but the women in the exam room still walk out dismissed. I built this training to hand you the same framework I've taught to physicians — so you stop waiting for permission to feel like yourself again.

A 2019 national survey found more than 93% of graduating OB-GYN residents felt adequately prepared to manage menopausal patients. Perimenopause and hormone optimization specifically? Even less covered. Your doctor isn't failing you on purpose — most were never trained for this conversation in the first place. That's exactly why you need to walk in prepared, not wait for permission you may never get.

Why I Named This "The Messy Middle Comeback"

Life is messy. Midlife is messy.

Your kids are pulling away — or they've already left, and the house is too quiet now. Your relationship needs reconnecting, but you're too depleted to know where to start. Retirement is somewhere on the horizon, but work still demands everything you've got. Your parents need you the way you once needed them. And somewhere in the middle of all of it — literally — your body changed too. Menopause. Weight around your middle that won't move no matter what you do.

All of it. At once. That's the messy middle.

It can feel thick, sticky, like giving up or giving in. But life doesn't stop when things get messy — and neither do you.

Getting knocked down isn't the end. With the right tools, the right roadmap, and the right support, this is where the comeback starts. That's what these four days are for.

This is personal for me. Both of my parents were told they were "normal" too. I lost my dad to cancer and my mom to dementia — while I was raising my own kids and building my career, caring for both of them at the same time. They missed my son's high school graduation. They missed his wedding. They should have been there. I truly believe that if I could have implemented 20 years ago what I know today, they could have had a different outcome. Prevention doesn't start in a hospital bed. It starts today.

The Moment Everything Changed

I was the only one of my siblings in town. Both of my parents lived alone, divorced after 45 years of marriage. I was taking them to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, meal prepping, cleaning their houses, finding memory care for my mom, packing up her home, getting hospice set up for my dad — all while working a full-time job that required travel, building a business on the side, going through perimenopause myself, and watching my own "middle" start getting messy too. My son was leaving for college. My daughter was starting high school. It was supposed to be a celebratory season, and I was just trying to keep my head above water.

One day I sat in my car and cried, not knowing what else to do. I finally surrendered — I gave it to God and asked Him to guide me. And I realized something: I'd always ended my prayers with "continue to bless me so I can be a blessing to others." I was the blessing. I had a career and a business flexible enough to be there for my parents. I had the resources to help them financially. I had a husband and kids whose love and support let me keep showing up for everyone else.

I didn't have to do this alone — and I couldn't have. Having faith, family, and friends to lean on through my own messy middle was everything. That's the comeback this training is built on: not doing it alone, and not waiting until you're in a hospital bed to start.

What We're Covering, Day by Day

Day 1 — Mon, Nov 16: Normal Is Not Optimal What does "optimal" actually mean for you, and how would you even know if you'd reached it? We start by redefining the target.

Day 2 — Tue, Nov 17: The Labs Nobody's Ordering Which labs you should actually be asking for — and how to advocate for them with confidence, even if your doctor's never run them before.

Day 3 — Wed, Nov 18: The Real Root Cause + Guest Expert Day What's actually driving the increased disease risk, the weight gain, and the brain fog — including how hormone and nutrient deficiencies play a role. I'm joined by [guest speaker names] to go deeper on [their specialty areas]. Each guest is bringing a free gift for everyone live — available only for a limited window after today's training.

Day 4 — Thu, Nov 19: Your Comeback Plan — The H3 Method Where it all comes together into Habits, Health & Hormones — the three pillars behind everything I teach — and I'll open the doors to Optimize, my group coaching program, for anyone who wants to go further with support.

FAQ

Is this medical advice?

No. This training is educational and coaching-based. Nothing shared here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and it isn't a substitute for care from your own physician.

What if I can't attend live?

Replays are available for 24 hours after each session, but the live Q&A and Day 3 guest bonuses are only available in real time — I'd block the time if you can.

Is there a cost to join?

The 4-day training itself is completely free. On Day 4, I'll share an opportunity to go deeper together in my group coaching program, Optimize, for anyone who wants more support, with no obligation to join.

I've tried everything already, will this be different?

Most of what you've tried treated the symptom, not what's underneath it. That's exactly the gap we're closing over these 4 days.

What if my doctor already told me I'm fine, or my other doctor disagrees with what I'm learning?

This happens constantly, and it's not your fault. A 2019 national survey found fewer than 7% of graduating OB-GYN residents felt adequately prepared to manage menopausal patients, and that number gets worse the further you go into perimenopause and hormone optimization specifically. One doctor caught up on current research helps you feel better, while another who hasn't tells you to stop, out of caution rather than current evidence. Caught between two doctors you trust saying opposite things, most women freeze and do nothing. This training teaches you how to bring the right questions and the right advocacy to any doctor, so you're not stuck choosing between fear and confusion.
